Everything you need to know about securing your safari dates, confirming your camp reservations, and organizing your deposits cleanly and securely.
Confirming Your Safari
To officially confirm your safari and lock in your camp and lodge reservations, a deposit is required per person. This deposit amount is based on your total trip duration:
- 1-day safaris & tours: No deposit required.
- 2-3 day safaris & tours: 20% deposit.
- 4-6 day safaris & tours: 30% deposit.
- 7-12 day safaris & tours: 30% deposit.
- Combined Kenya and Tanzania itineraries: 30% deposit.
Once your deposit is received and verified, our team will proceed with firmly blocking your rooms at all relevant lodges and camps, securing your private guides, and officially guaranteeing your travel dates.
Balance Payment
The remaining balance for your safari is due 1–6 days before your safari departure date. Our team will send you a final invoice in advance so you can process the payment smoothly either via our secure online portal or through an international bank transfer.
