At Plentiful Adventures, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while allowing us to maintain our high standards of service.
Booking Confirmation
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure.
Cancellation Terms
- 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit
- 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost refunded
- 15-29 days before departure: 25% of total cost refunded
- Less than 15 days: No refund
Modifications
Date changes are free of charge when made 30+ days before departure, subject to availability. Itinerary modifications may incur additional costs depending on the changes.
Force Majeure
In cases of government travel restrictions, natural disasters, or pandemics, we offer full credit for future travel within 18 months.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation.
